Make that Change!

Sick of the long drive to work? Move closer. Tired of living paycheck to paycheck? Get educated on finances! Work is boring and you dread going? Time to figure out WHY?? There are no good reasons to sit around and complain about the things that are not working in your life. You have all the power in the world to change it. Get off your butt and get a plan! I will tell you there is absolutely no excuse to not get yourself educated on what you want to change. You don’t need money to make the changes. If you want to go back to school to take a class, but can’t afford it then make a plan and save up for it while you utilize the library’s resources to learn all you can on what you need to do to get started in that direction. There is so much helpful information out there on pretty much anything you can think of.

I hear it all too much. It is what it is, I am a victim. Stop with the victim mentality. Your life took a turn for the worst, but you got out okay so stop moping around and saying poor me. You and only you need to take control over what happens next. You could continue to play the victim and let life happen to you or you could get up and get going with an attitude of the powerful mindset that is your God given gift. We all have a choice in every minute of the day and we get to decide if we want to choose something that will make us or break us.

You can do ANYTHING you want!!! You ever hear people say believe and you will achieve, well it’s true! 100% true!! You have to work at it though and get disciplined. You can’t just sit around and wish for your life to change. You need to WORK at it consistently and you need to get a plan. It starts with getting yourself healthy as without a healthy mind and body you can’t do much. Start with eating a healthy breakfast every morning and writing down 5 things you want to achieve that day. You also need to have a positive outlook on life so if you are someone who gravitates to negativity I would suggest doing some self improvement first off. If your mind is not in the right place having healthy positive thoughts then whatever you do won’t change much or if it does it won’t last long. Drop the negative Nancys in your life and get with the positive Pattys. Seriously, it is so true when they say you are who you hang around with. If you want success and empowerment find those individuals that will lift you up, motivate, and inspire you! If you don’t know of any just yet than find some books on inspirational people that will motivate and push you forward in the right direction. I love reading as I have said before and I will list a few of my favorite recent picks below.

Start today! Say yes to change and embrace what your heart is telling you. Those feelings are coming up for a reason and it’s time to listen and put your thoughts into action. You will feel liberated while you plan out your new desires and dreams. Remember to let go and release any negative thoughts or feelings that come up while you are getting your plan together. If you do your research than you will know what you need to know. No need to allow negative thinking to bring you down. Make a YES box and put in pictures downloaded from your computer with little messages and fold them up. After some time go back and look and see what came true! It is fun and very motivating as you will see that these items or dreams that you put in this box are coming true!

YOU GOT THIS! I am excited for you!!

May you take this to heart, start right now, and move forward living the life you were meant to live!

Blessings for an abundant life , Marcia
