I was was raised Catholic in a very stressful environment that set the stage for living a life of hustling, striving, and control.  Although I have many fond memories of my childhood and a home filled with love, both of my parents were hard working and went through a lot of ups and downs trying to give us girls a better life than they had. 

I was grateful to learn who God was at an early age, but somehow along the way I lost the closeness and safety that God had always given me.  I began living from the ego trying to control everything.  This took me on a roller coaster of living in fear, which eventually triggered high anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. 

When I was at my lowest point, no one could help.  I had my dark night of the soul and got on my knees and prayed like never before. 

This started my journey of learning the truth and hearing the whispers of my soul.  I became so light, so full of love, so peaceful, and clear that I wanted to be the person that I needed when I was seeking support, love, and guidance.
