We can learn from the brilliant life cycle of the butterly;
The butterfly life cycle can be a guide to us on our journey of transformation into our Highest and best selves. Butterflies show us how beautiful it is to reveal our true colors and to fly high and be free.

The EGG- symbolizes planting the seeds of change and growth within ourselves. This may be by just thinking thoughts of how you would like to be a better person. Maybe you find yourself gravitating towards nature more often. Could that movie you just saw have stirred something up inside of you and it won't let go? Sometimes this could even be a difficult time that forces us to only go up from there and we start to plant the seeds of hope.
The CATERPILLAR- this is the feeding stage; when we start to feed our minds and bodies positive and healthy things, such as personal growth books, listening to podcasts of those that lift and inspire us, finding the time to be in silence with nature or in meditation, and of course putting into our bodies healthy, organic foods as often as possible.
The PUPA- This is the transition stage; shedding all that does not serve our Highest good and allowing our true selves to emerge. This stage can be confusing as we are leaving our old habits behind, yet not quite fully into the new and improved version of ourselves and we may find that it feels as though we are getting pulled back and forth. It is crucial during this period of transitioning to embrace silence and to get extra rest as your mind and body are going through something amazing, yet it will use up your energy as you shift into the new.
The BUTTERFLY- This is the adult stage when we have fully come into our truth and arrived at a place of deep contentment with who we are and what we are here to do. Other's opinion of us does not rock us in any way because we have a strong inner connection to our Divinity, a deep trust in the Universe, and in ourselves. We have self-love. We live our lives with purpose exploring all the beauty along the way. At this stage we have done the work, yet we know that ultimately there will always be challenges and we see these as opportunities for more growth. We continue to move through life always heading up and forward lifting those we are called to serve along the way.
Next time you see a butterfly I hope that you will remember this post and take the opportunity to pause. Enjoy their beauty with all the vibrant colors and unique designs. Allow this experience to be a reminder of the amazing process this creature teaches us with becoming the best version of ourselves.
